In 2004, together with Martin Hubacher of Johnniterkeller in Twann, we rose to the challenge of creating the very best Pinot Noir in our region.
Both vintners store their wine in their own cellars. The maximum complexity has been realized through their two distinct Oenological approaches. The combination of know-how from both vintners allows for a sublime end product that is comparable with top international producers.
This wine is still young, however. We recommend that you decant it for 2-3 hours before consuming.
The very best would be to store it in your cellar to enjoy in 5-10 year’s time.
